This Quattro Plus IH frying pan combines Urushiyama's 4-layer clad construction with a durable interior coating for excellent heat performance. The clad body is well suited to induction (IH) cooktops, offering strong heat generation and conduction along with good heat retention, durability, and resistance to warping from heat.
The interior has a PTFE non-stick coating that makes cleanup easy, and the exterior is finished with a mirror polish for a sleek look that also wipes clean easily. The pan works with all heat sources, including gas and induction (IH), up to 200V, and it meets the certification standards of Japan's Product Safety Association.
Every step, from molding and coating to polishing, assembly, and packaging, takes place at the Urushiyama Metal Industry factory in Japan. This 22 cm (8.7 in) frying pan measures about 39.8 x 23.6 x 5.3 cm (15.7 x 9.3 x 2.1 in).
