Urushiyama Quattro Plus IH Grill Pan 4-Layer Clad 26cm

This 26 cm (10.2 in) grill pan from Urushiyama's Quattro Plus IH line has a 4-layer clad metal body, 2.0 mm (0.1 in) thick, which heats evenly, conducts heat well, retains heat, and resists warping from heat. It is designed for use on all heat sources, including 200V induction (IH).

The interior has a PTFE non-stick coating, and the exterior has a mirror-polished finish. The handle is phenolic resin with a stainless steel cap.

This pan is made entirely at Urushiyama's own factory in Japan, from molding and coating through polishing, assembly, and packaging, and it meets the certification standards of Japan's Product Safety Association.
