This deep frying pan from Urushiyama's Sovi series is made for gas stovetops only and works well for stir-frying and other everyday cooking. The thick aluminum base is built to spread heat evenly for consistent cooking.

The interior is finished with a PTFE Platinum non-stick coating, so food releases easily and cleanup stays simple. The pan can be used with metal spatulas and works well for cooking with less oil.

This lightweight pan is easy to handle and is made in Japan.

This pan is available in 22 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, 28 cm, and 30 cm sizes.
