This tamagoyaki pan from Urushiyama's Sovi series is designed for Japanese style rolled omelettes and is made for gas stovetops only (not for induction/IH). The thick aluminum base is built to spread heat evenly for consistent cooking.
The interior is finished with a PTFE Platinum non-stick coating, so food releases easily and cleanup stays simple. The pan can be used with metal spatulas and works well for cooking with less oil.
This lightweight pan is easy to handle for everyday cooking and is made in Japan. It is available in two sizes, so you can choose the one that fits your kitchen and the size of omelette you like to make.
