Urushiyama Steaming Plate Stainless Steel STP

This stainless steel steam plate turns a pot or frying pan you already own into a simple steamer. It works for steaming vegetables, eggs, and other foods, and is designed to fit pots or pans with an inner diameter of 22 cm (8.7 in) or larger.

The plate has a fluorine (PTFE) non-stick coating, and molding, coating, and packaging are all carried out in-house. It measures about 20.5 x 20.5 x 2 cm (8.1 x 8.1 x 0.8 in). Made in Japan.
