This Urushiyama Trois series cookware has a full three layer body of stainless steel and aluminum alloy that is pressed extremely thin, making it surprisingly lightweight while still conducting heat evenly. It is designed for induction (IH) cooktops.
The interior has a ceramic coating that resists sticking and scratching and holds up well to heat, making everyday cooking and cleanup easier.
Choose from a sauce pan, stew pot, deep pot, or casserole style in sizes from 18 to 24 cm, so you can pick the shape and size that fits the way you cook.
