This Urushiyama Trois series deep pot has a full three layer body of stainless steel and aluminum alloy that is pressed extremely thin, making it surprisingly lightweight while still conducting heat evenly. It is designed for induction (IH) cooktops.
The interior has a ceramic coating that resists sticking and scratching and holds up well to heat, making everyday cooking and cleanup easier.
This pot is offered in two sizes, 22 cm and 24 cm, so you can choose the one that fits your kitchen and your cooking needs.
