Urushiyama Vesta IH Stir-Fry Pan 28cm

This Vesta stir-fry pan from Urushiyama has a two-layer clad body, an aluminum alloy inner layer bonded to a stainless steel outer layer, with deeper sides suited to stir-frying. The construction combines the heat conductivity and light weight of aluminum with the durability and induction (IH) compatibility of stainless steel.

A spinning process thins the side walls of the pan, making it lighter to lift and handle than a solid pan of the same size. This 28 cm (11 in) stir-fry pan measures 48 x 29.7 x 13 cm (18.9 x 11.7 x 5.1 in) overall and weighs 790 g (27.9 oz).
