Vita Craft Sophia II IH Wok Pan 20cm

This Vita Craft Sofia II wok pan has a stainless steel and aluminum two-layer body for even heat distribution, paired with a phenolic resin handle for a secure, heat-resistant grip. The cooking surface has a high-density three-layer fluororesin coating for easy food release and simple cleanup, and the pan is suitable for induction (IH) cooktops.

This 20 cm (7.9 in) wok pan measures 40 x 22 x 9.3 cm (15.7 x 8.7 x 3.7 in) overall and weighs 690 g (24.3 oz / 1.52 lb), a size suited to stir-frying and other everyday stovetop dishes.
