Wadasuke Stainless Steel Tapered Mini Saucepan with Brass Handle 10cm 2532-0100

This tapered petite pan is a small scale version of the commercial cookware made by Wadasuke, a Japanese maker founded in 1923. Its rim flares outward toward the top, which makes it easy to pour from. The 10 cm size holds about 270 ml (9.1 fl oz).

We find this shape useful for small jobs such as making a bit of sauce, melting butter, or cooking caramel. The body is stainless steel, so it resists rust and holds up well to scratches over years of use.
