Wadasuke Stainless Steel Tapered Mini Saucepan with Brass Handle 8cm 2532-0080

This tapered petite pan is a small scale version of the commercial cookware made by Wadasuke, a Japanese maker founded in 1923. Its rim flares outward toward the top, which makes it easy to pour from. The 8 cm size holds about 150 ml (5.1 fl oz).

We find this shape useful for small jobs such as making a bit of sauce, melting butter, or cooking caramel. The body is stainless steel, so it resists rust and holds up well to scratches over years of use.
