Wadasuke has been making commercial grade metal tableware in Japan since 1923, with simple designs meant to work in any setting for years to come.
This T type double wall insulated pot combines a stainless steel lid with a silicone rubber inner stopper backed by a stainless steel stopper plate.
Water poured in at 90°C (194°F) stays near 80°C (176°F) after one hour and around 40°C (104°F) after six hours. The stainless steel body resists corrosion and will not shatter if dropped, making it suitable for both commercial kitchens and home use.
