The T-Type Double Wall Pot is a stainless steel pot with a double-wall body, a stainless steel lid, and a silicone rubber inner stopper that work together to retain heat or cold.

The lid and inner stopper form one piece, so lifting the lid removes the stopper at the same time, saving a step when pouring. Filled with 90 degree Celsius water, the pot keeps contents at about 80 degrees Celsius after 1 hour and around 40 degrees Celsius after 6 hours. The stainless steel body resists corrosion and will not break if dropped, suiting both commercial and home kitchens.

This 750 model is made of 18-8 stainless steel with a silicone rubber and plastic inner stopper. It holds about 800 ml (27.1 fl oz), stands about 210 mm (8.3 in) tall, and weighs about 950 g (33.5 oz / 2.09 lb). It is made in Japan.
