Wadasuke Tin Lined Copper Petite Frying Pan 9cm 2503-0090

This copper petite frying pan is made by Wadasuke, a Japanese maker of professional metal kitchenware since its founding in 1923. It recreates the company's commercial-size frying pans in a small version that fits in the palm of your hand. The 9 cm (3.5 in) pan holds about 120 ml (4.1 fl oz), making it well suited to a small stir-fry, a single fried egg, or a little sauce, and it can go straight from the stove to the table.

The copper body heats up quickly and spreads heat evenly across the surface, while the hand-applied tin lining helps food release with less sticking, so it is easy to use even for beginner cooks. Because the interior is tin lined, avoid scrubbing it with a metal scouring pad and do not heat the pan when it is empty.
