Wadasuke has been making metal tableware and cookware in Japan since its founding in 1923, with a focus on simple, durable designs built for professional kitchens.

This petite pan is a scaled down version of Wadasuke's commercial cookware, sized to sit in one hand and fitted with two small handles so cooked food can go straight from the stove to the table. The body is copper with a hand applied tin lining on the interior and brass handles. Copper conducts heat quickly and evenly, so the pan heats up fast, while its high heat retention keeps food cooking gently with soft, steady warmth, making it handy for small tasks such as melting butter or preparing a little sauce.

Because the interior is tin lined, avoid scrubbing it with metal scouring pads and do not let the pan boil dry.

This pan is offered in five sizes, from 7 cm to 12 cm, so you can choose the one that fits your task.
