Wadasuke Tin Lined Copper Petite Pan with Two Handles 9cm 2504-0090

Wadasuke, founded in Taisho 12 (1923), has long made commercial-grade metal cookware with a simple design built for everyday professional use.

This petite two-handled pan recreates that commercial-size cookware in a small, hand-sized format, useful for small-quantity tasks such as melting butter or making a little sauce. The copper body conducts heat quickly and evenly, and copper also holds heat well, which suits slow, gentle cooking.

The interior has a hand-applied tin lining, so avoid metal scouring pads and do not let the pan boil dry. It measures 90 mm in diameter and 46 mm in height (3.5 x 1.8 in), weighs 400 g (14.1 oz), and holds about 280 ml (9.5 fl oz). Made in Japan.
