This tapered petite pan recreates Wadasuke's professional cookware in a small size that fits in the palm of your hand.

Measuring 120 mm (4.7 in) across, its sides flare outward toward the rim, a shape that makes it easy to use for small tasks such as making a little sauce, caramel, or melted butter. The copper body conducts heat quickly and evenly, and copper's heat retention also suits gentle, slow cooking.

The interior has a hand-applied tin lining, so avoid using metal scouring pads and do not let the pan boil dry.

Wadasuke has made commercial-grade metal cookware since its founding in 1923, and this pan is made in Japan.
