Wahei Freiz's Agedutsumi tempura frying pot is made of iron with a silicone resin coating on the interior and exterior, built for frying tempura and other deep fried foods at home. The coated iron body holds heat well, helping keep the oil at a steady temperature while frying.

Each pot works on induction (IH) cooktops. Depending on the size, it comes with either a chrome plated iron frying rack for draining fried food or a matching lid.
