This tempura pot from Wahei Freiz is made of iron with a protective coating that holds heat well, keeping the oil at a steady temperature for even, crisp frying results. It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
A built-in thermometer lets you check and hold the oil at the right temperature for whatever you are frying, and a splatter guard around the rim helps protect against oil spatter. A pour spout makes it easy to transfer oil in and out of the pot without spilling.
Each pot comes with a drip tray and a draining rack for setting fried food down once it comes out of the oil.
This tempura pot is available in two sizes, 20 cm and 22 cm.
