The Ajido line of kitchen tools from Wahei Freiz is designed for quality and ease of use, and is suited to both professional kitchens and home cooking. This fine mesh frying skimmer helps you lift food out of a pot or deep fryer when simmering, boiling, or frying.
The mesh head is attached to the handle at three points for added strength. The body is made of stainless steel, which resists rust and is easy to keep clean.
This skimmer is available in three sizes: 12 cm, 15 cm, and 18 cm.
