This fine-mesh frying skimmer is part of the Ajido line of kitchen tools, designed for lifting food out of simmering broth, boiling water, or hot oil when you are making simmered dishes, boiled foods, or fried foods. The wire mesh and handle are fixed together at three points, which keeps the skimmer sturdy through repeated use.
The body is made of stainless steel, which resists rust. The skimmer measures about 43 x 18 x 14.5 cm (16.9 x 7.1 x 5.7 in) and weighs about 150 g (5.3 oz).
