This ladle is part of the Ajido series of kitchen tools from Wahei Freiz, designed with attention to quality and ease of use for professional kitchens as well as home cooks.
It is handy for pouring syrup over shaved ice and for portioning drinks such as umeshu, letting you scoop a consistent amount each time.
The top of the handle is shaped like a hook, so you can hang it on the rim of a container. It is made of rust resistant, durable 18-8 stainless steel. Made in Japan.
This ladle is available in three sizes: Medium (25 ml), Large (35 ml), and Extra Large (60 ml).
