Wahei Freiz Ajido Kanro Syrup Ladle Extra Large 60ml AD-617

This small ladle is part of the Ajido series of kitchen tools, made with attention to quality and ease of use for professional kitchens as well as home cooks.

This extra large size holds 60 ml (2 fl oz), so you can scoop a set amount of sauce or syrup each time. It is handy for pouring syrup over shaved ice and for portioning drinks such as umeshu.

The top of the handle is shaped like a hook, so you can hang it on the rim of a container. It is made of rust resistant, durable 18-8 stainless steel. Made in Japan.
