This oil brush set is made for applying oil to a takoyaki griddle or a hot plate for okonomiyaki, spreading the oil evenly and thinly across an iron plate or frying pan.
The brush works with a spring loaded push action, so pressing it releases oil onto the bristles and makes it easy to control how much oil is applied. Its clean design keeps the brush from sitting in oil.
The set is also handy for maintenance of cast iron pans, such as applying cooking oil after use, and it comes with a drip tray to make cleanup easy. Made of stainless steel and made in Japan.
Available in two sizes, Small and Large.
