It is built from durable, rust-resistant stainless steel in a one-piece design, with the bowl and handle formed as a single piece and no seams, which keeps the ladle sturdy and easy to keep clean since there are no joints for dirt to collect in.
A hook at the end of the handle lets it rest on the edge of a pot, keeping the bowl off the countertop between uses.
