Wahei Freiz Ajido Small Slotted Ladle Stainless Steel 60mm AD-041

This small slotted ladle is part of the Ajido series by Wahei Freiz, a line of kitchen tools built for quality and ease of use, used by professional cooks and home cooks alike. The holes in the bowl let excess liquid drain away, which makes it convenient for serving from a tabletop hot pot or portioning out a side dish from a small plate.

It is made of stainless steel, so it resists rust, and the bowl and handle are molded as one piece with no seam, which makes it durable and keeps it easy to clean.

The ladle measures about 165 mm (6.5 in) long and weighs about 30 g (1.1 oz / 0.07 lb).
