Wahei Freiz Ajido Stainless Steel Egg Tofu Mold Large AD-285

Part of the Ajido line of kitchen tools made for quality and ease of use, this stainless steel mold is designed for making egg tofu (tamago-dofu), and it is just as useful in professional kitchens as it is at home.

The mold has a tray-shaped outer body with a U-shaped inner container that nests inside it. Once the egg mixture has set, lifting the tabs on both sides of the inner container lets you remove the finished tofu cleanly. The mold can also be used for making kanten (agar jelly) or other jellies.

It measures 17.2 x 13.9 x 4.7 cm (6.8 x 5.5 x 1.9 in) and weighs 215 g (7.6 oz).
