This oil brush is part of the Ajimichi series of kitchen tools, made with a focus on quality and ease of use for both professional kitchens and home cooks. It is handy for oiling takoyaki pans and griddles.

The full brush has a stainless steel handle that resists rust and holds up well to daily use, paired with a replaceable cotton head. The head is 100% cotton that has passed Japanese Food Sanitation Act testing.
