Wahei Freiz Ajimusubi Aluminum Yukihira Pan 16cm RB-2583

This Ajimusubi yukihira pan has the simple, old-fashioned look of a traditional Japanese pan and is suited to boiling, simmering, stir-frying, and steaming.

The natural wood handle gives it a warm feel, and the hammered (tsuchime) texture adds to its rustic character, while the interior and exterior have a mirror polish. A double spout makes it easy to pour liquids like soup without drips.

This 16 cm (6.3 in) pan measures 30.5 x 17 x 11.5 cm (12 x 6.7 x 4.5 in), weighs 300 g (10.6 oz / 0.66 lb), and holds up to 1.4 L (1.5 qt).
