This tabletop pot takes its name from the Japanese word "arumonde," meaning cooking with what you already have on hand. It is meant to turn surplus ingredients, unused seasonings, and vegetable parts that often get thrown away into a satisfying dish, supporting a more economical, lower food waste way of cooking.

The pot is made of lightweight aluminum alloy with a stainless steel base, and both the interior and exterior have a ceramic coating that wipes clean easily.
