This Branano 2 cookware series from Wahei Freiz pairs a diamond coat fluororesin non stick interior with an aluminum alloy body, a stainless steel base, and a tempered glass lid. The coating lets food release easily, so stir frying and pan searing go smoothly and eggs slide right out without sticking.
The non stick surface also makes multi step dishes easier to cook, such as sauteing vegetables before simmering them into a curry, since food does not cling to the pan as it moves from one stage to the next.
