Wahei Freiz Cariize IH Tempura Pot 16cm RB-4015

This compact tempura pot from Wahei Freiz is sized for frying small amounts, making it handy for everyday deep frying. The iron body holds heat well and conducts it evenly, so the oil temperature stays stable even after food is added, helping fried food turn out crisp.

A spout makes it easy to pour out used oil, and the simple design is easy to clean up afterward. The pot and lid both have a silicone resin coating inside and out, and the pot works on induction (IH) cooktops.

It holds about 1.4 liters (1.5 qt) of oil, with a recommended oil amount of about 650 g (22.9 oz). It measures about 31.2 x 16 x 11.6 cm (12.3 x 6.3 x 4.6 in) and weighs about 589 g (20.8 oz).
