This Ceranova pan has a ceramic non-stick coating that contains no fluorine resin, making it a lighter-impact choice for everyday cooking. Food releases easily from the surface and residue wipes away without much effort.
The non-stick coating is made with capsules of non-stick material built into the ceramic surface, so as the surface wears over time the capsules release more non-stick material to help keep the cooking surface smooth for longer than a conventional ceramic coating. It can be cleaned with a melamine sponge, as long as the sponge does not contain an abrasive.
The body is an aluminum alloy with a layered stainless steel base and a baked enamel exterior. It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops, and it is made in China.
Choose from a frying pan (20 cm, 26 cm, or 28 cm), a deep frying pan (24 cm), a stir-fry pan (28 cm), or a tamagoyaki pan (13 x 18 cm) for Japanese rolled omelets.
