This iron pot is designed to become easier to use over time, as its surface gradually takes on oil and resists sticking the more you cook with it. With good oil adherence, it suits frying and pan cooking, and its sides are a little deeper than a standard frying pan so ingredients are less likely to spill over the edge.
The body is made of iron with a silicone resin coating. Depending on the style you choose, it comes with either a chrome plated draining rack or a pair of stainless steel and nylon tongs for handling fried food as it comes out of the oil.
It is offered in two sizes (20 cm and 24 cm) and in standard, stepped, and with tongs styles, so you can choose the combination that fits your kitchen. Made in Japan.
