The Colorful Smile Rotary Daikon Grater lets you grate daikon radish simply by setting the radish in place and turning the handle, without needing to press down and grate by hand. This makes it easier for people with less hand strength to use, including children and older family members, and keeps hands away from the grating blade.
It comes with a drainage container that lets excess liquid drain away, which is also useful when grating slippery vegetables such as mountain yam. All of the parts can be taken apart for thorough washing, so it stays clean and ready for the next use.
