This Daily Diamond pan has an interior fluororesin coating infused with artificial diamond particles for a smooth, easy release cooking surface. The coating is tough enough to use with metal spatulas (choose ones with rounded edges) without scratching easily, so it can stand up to daily cooking.
The pan is easy to clean, and it will last longer if you let it cool down before washing. It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops, with an aluminum alloy body, a bonded stainless steel base, and a baked enamel exterior finish.
Choose from a frying pan or a tamagoyaki pan (shaped for making Japanese rolled omelette), each available in its own size.
