The Chofuka deep frying pan from Wahei Freiz is deep enough to double as a pot, so it handles baking, stir-frying, boiling, deep-frying, and simmering in one pan. The extra depth keeps stir-fried food from spilling over and makes it useful for curries, stews, and other simmered dishes.
The interior has a marble-pattern PTFE nonstick coating that resists sticking and wear, so a metal spatula can be used, and the coating is made without PFOA or PFOS. Pour spouts on both sides of the rim work for left- and right-handed cooks alike, and the pan works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
