The Diamond Days series from Wahei Freiz pairs a lightweight aluminum alloy body with a stainless steel base, finished with a diamond particle fluororesin coating on the inside and a baked enamel exterior. The diamond particle coating is highly resistant to scratching, so a metal spatula can be used directly in the pan without worrying about damaging the surface.
The nonstick interior lets food release easily and wipes clean quickly after cooking, making everyday meal prep and cleanup simple. Each pan can be used on both induction (IH) cooktops and gas burners, so it fits a range of kitchen setups.
