Wahei Freiz Diamond Days IH Tamagoyaki Pan 13x18cm RB-2677

The Diamond Days tamagoyaki pan from Wahei Freiz is designed for making Japanese rolled omelets and other small batch cooking. It is made of lightweight aluminum with a diamond particle fluororesin interior coating that resists scratching, so a metal spatula can be used directly in the pan. The non-stick surface releases food easily and is simple to wipe clean.

This rectangular pan measures 13 x 18 cm (5.1 x 7.1 in) and weighs about 360 g (12.7 oz). It can be used on both induction (IH) cooktops and gas burners.
