This frying pan from Wahei Freiz's Easy Long line is built around an aluminum alloy body with a durable nonstick stone-pattern fluororesin coating on the interior and a baked enamel exterior finish, set on a stainless steel base for steady heat across the cooking surface.
The coating is formulated to keep its nonstick performance over repeated use and has passed an abrasion resistance test of two million cycles, so the pan can be used with metal spatulas as well as regular utensils without damaging the surface.
It works on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops, making it a flexible choice for most kitchens.
