This Eburaito deep pan from Wahei Freiz is simple, light, and easy to handle, with deeper sides than the standard frying pans in the series, so it works just as well for simmering and deep frying as it does for everyday stir frying. The interior has a fluororesin nonstick coating made without PFOA or PFOS, so food releases easily and cleanup is simple.
The lightweight aluminum body reduces strain while cooking, and the pan can be used with a metal spatula or turner as long as the tip is rounded. It is a good choice if you are replacing an older pan or just starting out in the kitchen.
This pan is offered in two versions depending on your cooktop: one for gas stovetops only, and one made for use on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops.
