This Eburaito frying pan from Wahei Freiz is simple, light, and easy to handle, making it a good choice whether you are replacing an older pan or just starting out in the kitchen. The interior has a fluororesin nonstick coating made without PFOA or PFOS, so food releases easily and cleanup is simple.
The lightweight aluminum alloy body reduces strain while cooking, and the pan can be used with a metal spatula or turner as long as the tip is rounded. The exterior has a baked on finish. Made in China.
This pan is offered in two sizes, 20 cm and 26 cm, and in two versions: one for gas stovetops only, and one that also works on induction (IH) cooktops.
