The Tsubamesan Deep Tempura Pot EM-039 is an iron frying pot from Wahei Freiz, made for deep-frying tempura and other fried foods. Iron holds heat and keeps its temperature steady, so food keeps frying at a consistent temperature for a crisp result.

The pot comes with a built-in rack so freshly fried food can drain its oil right away. It works on both induction (IH) cooktops and gas stoves.
