Part of the Enzo series made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, a region with a long history of metalworking and one of Japan's leading centers for houseware production, this dish rack is designed to span a kitchen sink, making the most of limited counter space.
The rack expands and contracts to match the width of the sink, so it adjusts to fit different sink sizes and different amounts of dishes to be washed.
It is made of 18-8 stainless steel with rubber feet for added stability. We offer this rack in a basic version, a deluxe set that adds a small utility pocket and a stand for pot lids or cutting boards, and a version that comes with a separate drainage tray.
