This yukihira saucepan is part of enzo, a Wahei Freiz line made with factories in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, a leading center of Japanese kitchenware production.
The pan is made of rust-resistant, durable 18-8 stainless steel. Hammered sides help spread heat efficiently through the whole pan, and graduation marks inside show the water level at a glance. Pouring spouts on both the left and right sides pour cleanly with little dripping.
The comfortable handle combines natural beech wood with a stainless steel flat bar in an easy to grip shape. The saucepan works on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops and is made in Japan.
