Wahei Freiz Frying Pan 26cm Wine Red RB-1747

This 26 cm (10.2 in) frying pan from Wahei Freiz has extra-deep, pot-like sides that let it do more than fry and sauté. It also handles simmering, blanching, and deep frying, so one pan can cover several steps of a meal.

A pour spout is shaped to work for both left-handed and right-handed cooks, making it easy to pour off soup or sauce without a mess. The interior has a durable fluororesin non-stick coating that was tested to withstand 100,000 abrasion cycles, and it is safe to use with metal spatulas as long as the utensil has rounded edges.

The pan measures about 47.5 x 28.5 x 12 cm (18.7 x 11.2 x 4.7 in) overall and weighs about 700 g (24.7 oz / 1.54 lb), with a full capacity of about 3.7 L (3.9 qt). It comes in a wine red finish and is made in China.
