The Wahei Freiz Giga Fukka is an extra deep frying pan, about 100 mm (3.9 in) deep, so you can fry, saute, deep fry, and simmer all in the same pan. The wide cooking surface gives more room to work with ingredients, and pour spouts on both sides of the rim make it easy to pour off liquid without spilling.
The handle has a flat top where a spoon or cooking chopsticks can rest between steps. The interior has a fluororesin non-stick coating that resists sticking and wears well, and metal spatulas can be used on it safely. It is compatible with induction (IH) cooktops and is made in China.
This pan is offered in four sizes, 20 cm, 22 cm, 24 cm, and 26 cm, so you can pick the one that best fits your cooktop and the amount of food you usually cook.
