This deep pan is part of the Wahei Freiz Grace series. The aluminum body has a ceramic coating on the interior and a bonded stainless steel base. It measures 44.5 x 25.5 x 9.5 cm (17.5 x 10 x 3.7 in), weighs 595 g (21 oz / 1.31 lb), and holds up to 2.8 liters (3 qt). It works on induction (IH) cooktops.
The ceramic coating heats evenly and uses a far-infrared effect to bring heat all the way through the food, while helping prevent sticking. It also resists acids, alkalis, and abrasion, so the coating stays free of scratches and peeling through repeated use, and the interior does not contain substances that have raised health concerns.
