This cast iron skillet is from Wahei Freiz's Heavys series. Cast iron heats slowly and evenly and holds onto that heat well after cooking, so food stays hot and can go straight from the stove to the table.
It comes pre-seasoned with a baked-on finish, so it is ready to use right out of the box. A recipe booklet is included. This skillet is manufactured in China.
This skillet is available in two sizes, and as a Skillet or as a Combo Set with Rack.
