This cast iron skillet combo set from Wahei Freiz's Heavys series retains heat well, so food stays hot after it comes off the stove and can go straight to the table. The shallow skillet can be used as a lid for the deep skillet, and placing the included smoking rack inside lets you use the set for stovetop smoking. Sliding the spout open lets you vent steam to control airflow during smoking. For storage, the shallow skillet nests on top of the deep skillet. A recipe booklet is included.
The set measures about 25.8 x 16.8 x 7.5 cm (10.2 x 6.6 x 3 in) and weighs about 1.7 kg (3.8 lb).
